Mill Pond Village is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Mill Pond Village offers five floor plans: the Mallard, a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with 790 sq. ft.; the Sandpiper, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with 1,048 sq. ft.; the Heron, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with 1,038 sq. ft.; the Osprey, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with 1,295 sq. ft.; and the Eagle, a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment with 1,355 sq. ft.

Mill Pond Village is pet-friendly and allows a maximum of two pets per apartment. A one-time, nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and monthly pet rent of $35 apply. Breed restrictions include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, German Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Terrier, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Shar Pei, and Wolf Hybrid.

Mill Pond Village is not gated. Free, unassigned parking is available for residents and guests, with reserved parking available for $40 per month. Garages and covered parking are not offered.

Yes, on-site maintenance is available. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the Resident Portal or by calling the office at 410-677-0695. Emergency maintenance requests can be reported through the office number at any time, with a maintenance technician available 24 hours a day.

Residents can have packages delivered to the community's package lockers or directly to their front door.

Stairs provide access to apartments located on the second and third floors.

Mill Pond Village was built in 2002.

Mill Pond Village Plaza, located at the front of the community, includes restaurants and medical offices. Additional nearby conveniences include shopping centers, restaurants, a movie theater, and the city zoo.

Mill Pond Village is approximately 11 minutes from Tidal Health, 10 minutes from Perdue Headquarters, and 12 minutes from Perdue Farms. The community is also about 0.3 miles from Route 113 and 3 miles from the Delaware state line.

Mill Pond Village offers a peaceful, pet-friendly setting in a convenient area of Salisbury. The community includes 456 apartment homes and features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The move-in process includes application review, verification, and screening, with most applications processed within 72 hours. Approved applicants receive their lease documents, move-in instructions, and key pickup details.

Apartment Features

Air conditioning is in the apartments at Mill Pond Village.

Apartments include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. One-bedroom apartments have stackable washer and dryer units, while two- and three-bedroom apartments have full-size units. Select apartments also include a microwave and garbage disposal.

Apartments feature either laminate or granite countertops. Bathrooms, foyers, and kitchens have vinyl flooring, with carpet throughout the remaining areas of the apartment.

First-floor apartments have patios, while second- and third-floor apartments have balconies.

Community Amenities

Mill Pond Village offers a 24-hour fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, walking trails around the community ponds, two bark parks, a grilling area, a clubhouse with a quiet workspace, computer and printing access, a playground, and a tennis court.

Leasing Information

Mill Pond Village offers in-person tours. Tours can be scheduled through the community website at millpondvillageapts.com.

Applications for Mill Pond Village must be submitted online through https://millpondvillageapts.com/floorplans/

Rent is due on the first of each month. Residents can pay through the online portal using ACH or a credit card, or by cashier's check or personal check.

Subletting is not permitted, and the community does not offer guest suites or short-term accommodations.

Xfinity, AT&T, and Verizon service the community. 

Residents are responsible for water, sewer, and trash.
