In May this year when I renew my lease it will be going into our 4th year here. We still love it at Mill Pond Village. Best decision I made regarding housing.

More convenient for shopping or schools and beaches also nearby any where you go all few minutes drive and safe and pools and Matainance they come right away and office staff also very nice I can’t complain everything is good I am here since 2019 so I would say satisfactory 5/5 thanks to mill pond staff.

I have lived at Mill Pond for almost 8 years. The grounds are always well maintained and the amenities are top notch. The office staff and maintenance crew are very engaging and easy to work with.

It's a very nice place. Animal friendly, very quiet, and nice manicured lawn, Friendly neighbors, the maintenance team is friendly, respectful, and does an amazing job. Last but not least, the office staff who are excellent and efficient in customer service.

I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year. I will be renewing my lease. This is a wonderful place to live. It is for the most part a peaceful and quiet place to live. The office personnel is very polite, helpful and professional. The maintenance personnel are on the same level. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.

From filling out the application to signing paperwork to moving in, the staff here have been super helpful. The community is well kept and there are lots of things to do around the complex. Units are great and if you need help with anything, they are pretty quick to help. Highly recommend this place.

Great development to live in. The staff and Maintenance crew are awesome. Kind and Courteous. We'll maintained development and brightly lite up at night so your not afraid to walk. Have nature all around u from the beautiful trees to the geese and the ducks and their babies. Great if ur into wildlife photography.

I've enjoyed more than 15 years at Mill Pond Village. Management is always making improvements or doing major maintenance of the buildings, parking lots, grounds, and amenities. Onsite there are two pools, tennis courts, exercise center, walking trail, dog park, spaces for festive events. The community is well lit at night for safety and security. The staff is very friendly and listens carefully to the needs of residents. Excellent value. Online rent payment plans for one payment or for two smaller payments per month.. Nearby 16-screen cinema, every restaurant franchise imaginable, stores, medical professionals, regional hospital, two universities.

I can't say enough good things about this community, Amanda, in the front office, has bent over backwards for us in everything she does. Whether it be just brightening up your day with a smile as you walk through the door or if you need something fixed, the whole team is on it. We love it here and wouldn't change a thing.

I’ve lived here with my wife for two years now and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The staff are super friendly and always helpful when it comes to apartment maintenance. They keep up-to-date with things such as appliances and even repaving the parking lot just last year. This is my first apartment I’ve gotten on my own and couldn’t be happier.

Lovely area. 15 minute walking distance from all the stores one would need. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The apartments have high ceilings with no issues with heating or cooling. They have gym! I love my apartment.
